Identity
Race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender, neurodiversity, national origin, etc. Who we are and how we identify is complicated. Identities shape the ways we are treated and our experience the world. If you’re trying to understand the impact of your identities or questioning if your identity is changing, lets dig in.
Relationships
Struggling in any relationship, whether it’s romantic, familial, friendly, or work-based is painful. If it’s an important relationship to you (even if it feels toxic or high conflict), it’s deserving of care and honesty. Together we can practice communication and conflict skills, explore attachment styles, and how to create and maintain relationships you want.
Trauma
Trauma changes us. If it’s something front and center, or has been tucked away for sometime, the ways trauma shows up are vast. Moving at your pace, we can get to know how trauma has impacted your body and mind and what you may need now.
Anxiety
Moving too fast, not feeling able to turn off, panic attacks, feeling exhausted and fearful all the time. Maybe you’re looking for some new coping skills, practice creating some calm, or help identifying how and why this began. As a fellow anxious human, I’ve got you.
Violence
Experiencing abuse, assault, or neglect is never your fault. Healing from them, is a brave decision that you don’t have to do alone. We can work to move you out of survival mode and toward feeling safe and connected.
Sense of Self
Who am I? What do I need? What do I want to do with my life? Sometimes, we become so good at caring for others or just coasting on autopilot that we forget what it feels like to be truly ourselves. Lets explore all the parts of you and ways they interact, and what it feels like to know yourself.
