All sessions are currently virtual and available for folks across Washington state.
I am not currently paneled with any insurance providers however I do offer Super Bills upon request which may allow you to be reimbursed for the cost of sessions by your insurance provider.
I offer a free 20 minute consultation to see if we feel like a good fit together and answer any questions you have before beginning.
Sliding Scale
I offer a number of sliding scale slots, to minimize barriers to accessing therapy. Please reach out to info@mayaperez.com inquire about current sliding scale availability.
Super Bill’s
I am happy to offer super bills for our sessions, so you may seek reimbursement you for the cost of sessions. If you would like to be reimbursed by your insurance company for sessions, I suggest reaching out to your insurance company before scheduling to ensure they will accept out of network super bills from an Associate Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor.
